Cancellation Policy 

We understand that sometimes cancellations are unavoidable due to sickness or a change of obligations. All confirmed bookings require full upfront payment at the time of booking via our online booking system. Full payment will apply to all confirmed bookings who cancel with less than 24 hours' notice. We have to do this in order to cover our costs for hiring venues and running the business.

 

All block group bookings run consecutively week after week from the start date, if you cannot make a week due to other commitments - this is not refundable and the date cannot be moved. For example - our Tarporley oil painting class is sold as a block of 8 consecutive sessions - whereas our Farndon oil painting class has the ability to drop in and out of sessions. We make sure our customers are aware of the different class formats.

Arrival

We ask all students to arrive 5-10 minutes before the class start to get settled and prepare your palette for the oil painting class.

Clean Up

We provide all equipment necessary for safely cleaning brushes, palettes and tables before leaving the class. We ask all students to clean up 10 minutes before the end of the class to start this process. The tutor is always on hand to help and give advice for looking after your equipment.
